Blessing of the Food

On Holy Saturday, April 16, at 11:00 am we will have the traditional Blessing of Easter Food Baskets in the Gathering Space.
Holy Saturday begins the transition from the sorrow of Lent, reflective of the sufferings of the Passion and Crucifixion, to the joy of Easter, anticipating the Resurrection and Redemption.
Perhaps the first sign of this transition is the traditional blessing of food and delicacies to be eaten at the Easter feast. All are invited to attend this special Easter tradition!
